Who is a Journey for Teams Navigator?
A navigator is a veterinary workplace advocate and facilitator for Journey for Teams. You locate and download the educational modules, schedule and organize the meetings, and facilitate discussion. You get the opportunity (and satisfaction!) to guide your team to an agreement to take at least one action after using each educational module — a behavioral change that will make a difference in your workplace.
A Welcoming Community for All
The Journey for Teams navigator community welcomes everyone, regardless of skin color, sexual orientation, gender identity, abilities, how your brain is wired, or your position in the workplace. People from clinical practices and veterinary workplaces of all types are encouraged to join.
We’re glad you’re here!
